We had a lovely Xmas holiday at this hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with plenty of local options to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room and the ease of access to nearby Nordic skiing trails.
The only minor issues we encountered were the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room and the firm mattresses commonly found in German hotels. Nonetheless, these were quickly outweighed by the numerous positives of our stay.

The breakfast had a great variety of delicious local food and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel is situated in an ideal location with stunning views of the surrounding area. the on-site facilities, including horse riding, were a fantastic bonus.
Despite the lovely location, some road noise could be heard, especially in the summer months when sleeping with windows open was not possible due to the noise of lorries and motorbikes passing by. the furniture and decor in the room and corridors were quite outdated and in need of renovation.
